We make our expert instruction available in private sessions tailored to your specific goals and needs. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced student, private sessions are a wonderful opportunity to receive individual attention on different aspects of your new or current yoga practice. You may have an interest in receiving guidance on appropriate alignment in the poses, easing into the group classes, deepening your current practice or therapeuticly approaching specific injuries or health challenges. We look forward to designing a private session that supports you towards all of your health and wellness goals!
